They never asked what type of oil I wanted in my 2014 Honda Crv. They put in synthetic oil and tried to charge me for it. They claimed that the Crv is only supposed to use synthetic oil despite the owners manual saying it wasn't necessary. I don't like being mislead so I didnt pay for the oil change.

We took our Mazda for oil changes to this place for the past 6 years, faithfully and regularly. The last time in April 2010 they installed the filter incorrectly, which, according to my mechanic, most likely caused major damage to the engine and expensive repairs. They refused to pay for repairs. They wouldn't even submit a claim to there insurance. I will never go here again, and don't recommend them.
