I received a DOA unit from them. I don't work for them though I have over 3 decades of customer service and sales experience. I sent an email to the address for returns. After 48 hrs. I didn't receive a response so I called. They instantly pulled up my email, gave me a RMA # and had an email with shipping label sent to me within the hour. I call that exceptional. I will follow up on the rest of the return process when it happens. GAG

Good company, great value and customer service! I know what we offer customers, I have seen the operations and work here. It is a great company that has been in business for a long time due to building long-term relationships. This is all due to the service, ethics and value we deliver.

Kevin Moran and the people who work for him are the rudest people. We called asking for tech support and he sent me to hell saying that if I cant wait for someone to call me that Its just too bad. They give you the special treatment before you buy and then once you buy something from them thats it your non exsistant and dont even think of getting someone to help you there are only 2 techs for 10,000 customers as he told me.
