The first visit started off on the wrong foot. The doctor was great and thorough; the office staff was a bit rude. She actually asked me if I reached my deductible. Really?? Aren’t you supposed to call the insurance company to find that out? What if I said no? Would she refuse to treat my child?
Anyway the follow up was just as bad! The office manager was my last straw. All of those women are rude and unprofessional! That poor Doctor, he needs to find a kinder more professional staff. Now I will just have to start again with a new ENT.

My son was a patient at Dr. Tells office Friday afternoon, he came back that Monday without me. The doctors visit on Friday was fine. However, the staff was a bit loopy. When i called in to make the appointment and asked the receptionist to pronouce "Otolaryngology" she said "Oh i dont know" and the woman in the back said just say ENT. So Ok, fine. i move on........ My son comes in Monday afternoon for the scheduled follow up, he calls me to inquire about the co-pay. The receptioist refuses service because he was unable to make the Co-Pay. I inform her that i can call her back with the Co-Pay, she stilled refused my son treatment. I am extremely annoyed with this because, not once did anyone ask about the urgency of my sons condition.............. I choose to take my child to private offices because i hate the politics of large offices, but this one takes the cake. I also work in healthcare as the Director of Revenue and i would never turn a patient away for a $40 co-pay
