Awful customer service! I Asked to speak with a manager after trying to return 2 pairs of shorts which the cashier said she could not return. After several minutes, the manager speaks to the cashier over the phone and makes a decision to not refund me my money without having heard one word from me! I left the store very upset with a store credit. After an hour or so I called to speak to this manager, because after all, he should be aware of the situation and I wanted to see if he could right the wrong...well my conversation with him was worse than the experience I had in the store! He was just as disgusting and awful as his store policy! He was very unaccommodating and could care less that he was loosing a customer! Please do not shop at this store. They do not value you nor your hard earned money!!!
