Purchased a 100ft hose that retracts around February for my mother. I stumbled upon the box a few days ago when I was cleaning and saw that they are the manufacturer so I thought I'd leave a review. So far its 7 months and counting and I have been nothing but pleased. 5 stars from me.

For what seemed to be the entirety of the summer, I struggled to clean my grill until it was spotless with grill brush that I bought at Home Depot along with my grill. No matter how much I scrubbed, it really didn't have a visual difference. I was at Variety with my wife and as I was browsing the different brands of charcoal, this Handy Grill Brush caught my eye. I really did not believe that a different brush would solve my problem, but I saw that it was shaped rather different than the typical grill brush so I was like what the heck. I tried the Handy Grill Brush a week later while I was setting up for the family barbecue and I was shocked. It actually cleaned my grill so well that I could see the polished metal for the first time since I purchased the grill. I really don't leave these reviews, but I figured I could help my diehard barbecue fans and fellow grillaholics.

Bought a 'Copper Cook Pan' from Tekno Products. On the label it states "Food slides off easily no oil or butter needed" On the back were instructions to 'Season' the pan before use which we followed to the letter. First try cooking in it-everything stuck. Tried a second time to 'season' the pan with even worse results. Cannot find any contact info for this company. Wish I had known that before I spent $ on this pan. Believe me, I will look for the Tekno product label from now on and not buy it!

Don't bother asking this company to fix a problem with the products they put out they will tell you to take it back to the store I will not be buying anymore of there products very unprofessional on the phone with me.
