No professionalism...No connection between company and units...
I ordered 3 kettle bells from Technogym, Soho/New York on 8 March 2016. They said it will be delivered in 12 weeks which was fine with me. They set a new delivery date for 7 July 2016 at 10 am. However, in the late afternoon of the same day they called me saying that their delivery team forgot my kettle bells. The delivery was rescheduled twice, yet no delivery happened.
On July 8, 2016, I went personally to Technogym to cancel my order ( after 17 weeks). The sales person said they will refund within 3 days but even more than two weeks later, I am still waiting for the refund... Even after the cancellation of the order, they tried to deliver on July 11, 2016.
Moreover, they tried to contact me via an expat platform website instead of using my contact details I have gave.
