I called to fix my laptop because it was very slow and to get some viruses removed. They had a technician at my home in less than 2 hours, he was very friendly and helpful and was able to explain everything to me very patiently in terms I could understand as I am not a very technology savvy person. I will definitely recommend them. Excellent service!
