Black and white negatives came back dirty and dusty, they were never properly cleaned. The images I got had dust spots everywhere, they did reprint for me, but the print quality was very flat, I wanted to go print them myself at this point. And the enlargement, I had to spot myself. It was a holiday gift and I had no more time to mess around with these people. To no surprise, the enlargement I had professionally framed has since turned brown and copper. These guys are amateurs,
