The experience with Chris "Tech Dork" was very easy and ideal, he is quite knowledgeable and resolved the issue right away. I dropped my PC, he explained what needs to be done to detect and fix the issue and he kept me posted through out the process via calls and txts. Tech Dork is defiantly my goto place for all my tech problems now.
