Teaneck Taxi and Limousine Service

If you are looking to be a driver BEWARE and be advised they only want Muslim drivers. I replied to a Craigslist add for driver and was told to come in. When I went in and asked for George that's who told me to come in for interview. He said I'm not hiring I have no add on craiglist!

Took a taxi from holy name hospital to my house. Taxi was only 10.00 although it's 5.00 more then reg flat rate in use to from where I am originally from you have to remember you are by the city. I had a more then pleasurable experience the receptionist was nice and professional on the phone took down the information she needed and said taxi would be here in 10 min which it was. I will use this taxi again and will recommend to my friends. Thanks for getting me home.

THE WOMAN ON THE PHONE WAS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. She was extremely rude and disrespectful. I cannot believe the service I received!!!!!!!!!

Im a college student at FDU and i called these guys to get a ride to grand central, which is not that far away. I used them once before and it went great so therefore i figured why not use them again?! The taxi driver couldn't find my dorm even though the dispatcher said they knew exactly where it was. They didn't bother to call me until the driver was 25 minutes late. He was in the wrong location of my school and i had to give the dispatcher directions. Waited another 15 minutes and the driver still didn't know where it was. Then the driver called my phone and i told him directions, he told me he'd call me back, and never did! 10 minutes later, i called him over and over but, his phone died! what kind of service is that? I called the dispatch office only to be rudely treated and quickly hung up on. Finally, the driver showed up, an hour late! i was standing outside in 15 degree weather for almost 40 minutes! the driver didn't apologize at all. I got in and he asked for my card to pay. I told him i was already charged and showed him the charge on my bank account history. He then unprofessionally asked to BORROW MY phone to call his office. The dispatch told him that i didn't pay yet and he forced me to swipe my card. Then without telling me, he pulled into get gas i was concerned about where we were going. Shouldn't you fill up before you get a passenger? Then the driver didn't know where Grand central was! Who doesn't know where or what GC is?! i had to tell him the address and some directions because his GPS apparently couldn't find it. After i arrived, he sat there and forced me to give him an 8 dollar tip! I was furious at this point due to everything that happened before hand. i gave him the tip and just took my stuff and left. After i got on the train i checked my account and saw that i was charged 81 DOLLARS. TWICE!! they are crooks and rip offs! i called them and told the dispatcher what happened and she proceeded to blame it on my bank! i called my bank and they said they didn't have anything to do with it and was nice enough to refund me the charge. and then the next morning, i was charged again!! and once again had to argue with them to no avail and get the bank to refund me. Overall, horrible service. nasty nasty people. and CROOKS!!! never ever use them if you know whats good for you!! AND YOU MONEY!

Terrible, terrible people. I ordered a taxi and they said one hour and they would call me. I call them an hour later, and the dispatcher says he was there for 20 minutes and left. I asked if they called me and I can hear her asking if the driver had a phone, and she said my phone went to voicemail and that it will be another hour to get another cab. This is an outright lie, and even if my phone went to voicemail, why would the driver sit there for 20 minutes and not call again or leave a message? Very rude, leaving me stranded at Holy Name Hospital. DO NOT USE THIS TAXI SERVICE!
