Teaneck Radiology Center

This Is one of the worst place ever. First they make you wait for hours in the waiting room, Then Technicians takes you in to the second waiting room and sits you there. I don't know if they go out for brakes or just hang around the lady totally forgot about me. Patience that came in before me where seen first. I started to feel discriminated I was so upset by the time she remember me I had on my blouse and left with out doing my mammogram. I will never go there again or recommend any one.

I like this place because they are nice to me they are friendly they helped me with having and Mri which I hate they are so loud

$$$40 for an X-Ray?!!!?

I started going to Teaneck Radiology Center because I needed an appointment in a hurry and they could accommodate me the same day. Though others are closer to my home, I have since been to this diagnostic facility several times more. The staff is efficient, attentive, kind and considerate. The doctor spent time with me and explained the test that I was having done. He asked me if I had any questions. He answered the question that I asked, but did not leave before making sure that I had no other unanswered questions. Lisa and Wynton (sp?) were WONDERFULLY kind and added levity to the situation. I didn't realize how nervous I was until after the test was over. From intake through testing, I was treated like a human being. I highly recommend Teaneck Radiology.

I am the Marketing Associate at TRC. While I understand your frustration with the situation, I was explained your case by our Operations Manager. What seems to have happened is that you came in for your annual screening mammogram, and were told that you would be contacted if anything came up. Luckily they did catch something and called you back in for a diagnostic mammogram which is a specialized type of mammography if something is seen, which could potentially be a tumor. We at TRC want to ensure the health and safety of each patient, so when the sitatuation calls for further analysis, we take it.
As far as payment goes, you should contact your insurance provider.
