A nice kosher sports bar!
Parking is available. Close to a local park. Went for dinner at 5:30 and the service was very fast. Waitress was attentive to our table.
Good atmosphere. Very tastefully decorated. They had multiple screens playing 3 sports events while we we there, but all sound was muted, so it wasn't too distracting. The seating was nicely spaced and didn't feel too empty or too crowded.
The food was delicious, portions were large, and there were many vegetarian options.

I used to come here all the time when it first opened up, potions were great, food was delicious. Relocated so couldn't make it recently. Just walked in recently and portions were cut by more than 50% on some appetizers and kept (if not increased) the price. They also changed some stuff on the menu and keeping it as the same name as it once was, so you'd totally get a diff item. Placed seems to be declining from when I was here last. I don't see myself coming back

No problems with the food but the managers are horrible. Was there with a group of 3 during football playoffs but manager refused to sit us near a TV showing the game, instead setting up a small table in the bar area with no view of any large screen TV. There were plenty of open tables in the restaurant area but I assume he wanted to save them for larger groups. I told him we wanted to watch the game. His reply: "you can't always get what you want." We walked out. Tried again with the kids on Passover. The meals were all package deals with burger and fries included. The waiter told us they had run out of fries but they would still have to charge me the full price and could substitute a salad, which none of my kids would eat. Manager would not just serve us the burger and reduce the price. Walked out again. Strike two.

My wife and I were huge fans of the Doghouse after our first visit, evening going so far as to tell all our friends and family about it. That is most definitely no longer the case. The food, while excellent and uncommon on the kosher scene, will take so abominably long to get to you you might as well go home and figure out how to make it yourself. The past 3 times we have been, we either get water or cups on the table to start, never both, and then have to personally go and dig the missing piece out of the wait staff's booth after 15 minutes of waiting. When we placed our orders this evening, we spent 45 minutes watching one table be served at every other table's expense. We finally cancelled our orders and left, this time for good. We really like the food, but my gosh, if I had to sit through the wait at this place again I would lose my mind. If you enjoy the thought of sitting around in a loud, brightly lit faux bar for an hour waiting for food while every child in the venue howls for their ridiculously slowly delivered meal, this is definitely the place for you. Otherwise, stay the heck away until they figure out how to run a professional kitchen and staff.
