First off let me start by saying I'm a car enthusiast. So many people might not get my understanding of cleaning. This place is complete amateur hour. They miss the basic steps and principles to clean a car. They are trying to run cars through this car wash as if it were machine car wash. Which all that means is lack of quality at a "Hand Car Wash". I can go on for days about all the floors at this place but I rather just stay away or go across the street to that car wash

This is by far the worst car wash I have ever gone to. They used a broom dipped in slightly soapy water to was the car, No it wasn't a brush for car washes, it was an actual broom. On the interior they shoot the cracks and crevices with compressed air AFTER they vacuumed, so now there are little flakes and rocks all over my seats, center console, cup holders, etc. They refused to refund me despite my lack of satisfaction. I posted some pictures up for people to see the horrendous job.
