Team Z Academy

I tried a free class after passing by and was immediately hooked! The classes have a great friendly atmosphere, and the instructor knows how to explain and break down techniques well so that they are easy to understand and perform. In addition the instructor is certified in personal training which he incorporates into the warm up, workouts and stretching after the class. I have never been in such good shape, even after running and weighlifting for years. The classes are also longer and less pricey than most other schools I have checked out. If you are looking to train jiu jitsu i strongly recommend trying a class by Team Z Academy, especially since the first class is free!

This is a great school to learn BJJ. The instructor Zoren is very down to earth and knows how to teach and motivate people during and outside of class. I would highly recommend signing up with Team Z academy to anyone who is interested in becoming exposed to BJJ.

Decided to check the place out after walking by: great class and very enjoyable: Zorans is knowledgeable in both fitness and martial arts and you can go at your own pace or ask him to help push you to take it to the next level. Used to go to gym but this is way more interactive, social, and challenging. The environment is friendly and easy-going, highly recommend.

I loved the intensity of the instructor. Zoren is an excellent teacher and creates a great atmosphere for training. I was happy to learn a few real awesome jui-jitsu moves on my first day training. It was intense and I left home happy. I def recommend it. Its great for both Men & women.
