Brian is not an honest person and a shyster broker! Took $40 for an application fee and THEN told my friends, "Oh, by the way...we are firm on the price and although we're running a special of NO BROKER'S FEE until 3/15/14, you DO have to give us 2 MONTHS SECURITY because you have a dog." If my friends had known those 2 facts PRIOR to giving BRIAN there hard earned $40, they would not have filed an application for the apartment. He was dishonest and deceptive. This is the 2nd time with 2 different friends that they have had a bad experience with this broker.
STAY AWAY FROM TEAM LONG BEACH & ESPECIALLY BRIAN!!

We worked with this "The Team" & they helped our team above & beyond! The owner is down to earth & obviously hardworking, while never missing a beat of the heart of everything Long Beach has to offer! They are a perfect match for the super saavy New Yorker & Beach Goer. esp. Volley Ball Players ;)
Only a short ride on LIRR from Manhattan...very, very cool people.

Oh boy, just turn around and run away. After the friendly introductions you will learn that you must be wrong, and they are right. That is when the Queen Bee turns nasty, a nasty woman.
There are many good realtors in LB, go find one.
