Before joining the kickboxing class at Team Kralj, I tried swimming, running, personal training, and random "fun" fitness classes. Everything got boring fast and classes like zumba and aerobics felt like a joke.
I'm four months into kickboxing class here, and it is still awesome. I'm always raving to my friends about how much I love the classes and wish their schedules could fit it as well. The program is tailored to be a good workout for any fitness level and skill. I'm always drenched in sweat and leave the class feeling more fit and energized.
Master H and Master K are incredibly encouraging so even on those days you feel a little slow or lazy, they pump you right back up to work your hardest.
