I have been consistently impressed by the professionalism, efficiency and courtesy of the staff of TRS throughout the years and the website works extremely well. This has been especially evident now that I am retired. My deepest thank you to the staff of TRS!!!

Florence Wu gave me incorrect information that cost me weeks in terms of filing a claim for an inherited TDA I badly need. As a Literacy Coach, I cautioned new teachers NEVER to teach any information of which they are not certain, especially in middle school. I'm FedExing these forms to her boss — it TRS's responsibility to expedite the paperwork for a change. I myself might not live long enough to receive my check if you take your usual sweet time!
