- Terrible #237585

Customer service is terrible here. Line is always long regardless of time of day. There could be 1 teller taking care of a long line, and you have other tellers standing around chatting. Terrible.

They kept me waiting 20 minutes to cash a $1000 check. I have been banking there for 12 years. On another occasion my cash got stuck in t b e atm, I recd a receipt t b at said forced deposit. The branch manager said that I would see the $550 that I put in the atm in my acct in 24hrs. It took 5 days & 3 visits to get my deposit credited.
