Today I came to the branch it was 10.30 I didn't know they are open since 11am. I went inside and see that ATM is out of service. I see Chinese lady inside and I'm calling her cause I have question. She just pointed at her wrist, looked to me like bank is closed. But I wanted to ask where is the closest branch so I can deposit cash. Well she was very rude and still inpatiantly pointing at her wrist. After few min she finally came over to me, and told me that they are going to be open from 11. I said OK but where I can find the closest branch..or how she can help me...she just left with huge attitude pointing at her wrist. I told this Chinese lady that I want to get manager information, than i see a man coming in from outside wearing white shirt open so I can see his chest wearing tie not tied yet, some kind of fabric on his head .. smelling alkohol from his mouth and he saying he is a supervisor........ Well OK but at least he said give me few minutes soon we will be open but still no help and I didn't get my answer.
In conclusion, that expirence with that branch was very unpolite and made me very upset, I felt discriminated and treated as a crazy person. At this point I will try to file a complain to main TD Bank cause it was absolutely not pleasant way to treat your costumer.
