TD Bank

I used to use the TD bank in Hillcrest branch. This place is a lot cleaner and the staff is more friendly. Overall a better place to go.

The staff is great always ready to help you.

I am recovering from an auto accident, therefore standing on line is very difficult. The tellers are constantly
Conversing with each other and ignoring the customers on line. They constantly do paper work while keeping the people on line waiting. I am looking for another bank with a more friendly attitude.

If you are white the tellers and staff will treat you like trash. The staff is rude and extremely hostile towards white people the only want to deal with Asians and Hispanics

terrible people and experience very unprofessional they deposited my check in a wrong account i used drive thru teller service, when i realised the next day i call the customer service they told me to go back to the branch, went there 10 miles away they made me feel like it was my fault as the attitude they were giving since it was weekend they said oh we cant do anything till tuesday i was like this is your guys fault instead to resolving this you are delaying it and this another teller came and said i will give u some credit which will deduct when check is cleared and approved i was like you should, with all those face gestures and attitude i got some credit and walked out hoping everything will resolve on tuesday i checked my account online today and still the same story no funds were cleared plus they took away the credit they issued leaving my account negative of that amount, i called customer service they said they wont be able to do anything as they cant see what the branch did to made deposit available for tuesday and we are today and due to snow conditions branch is closed; bottom line is when it comes to charging fees they dont wait even a second and take it away but when it comes to taking ownership of the fault on their end its a blame game and customer suffers in the end this branch seriously suck and so as the customer service as they have no power or system to override i dont know wht its even called customer service it should be rather named as distractors as their job is ti make it seems like they have helped and distract you so u dont blame anyone but yourself for choosing this service
