I wish more banks had a Penny Arcade type service. Generally a good experience when changing collected loose change. Only downside is the long wait to exchange my receipt for the money.
Service is usually friendly, and they have the day to day perks of free lollipops, pens, and dog treats. A nice touch compared to what little to nothing is offered by other big banks.
