TD Bank

I've been to the branch the wait time is horrible and no one helped me i told the teller that I need to open an account she told me to wait while there is 4 tellers laughing and talking and they close at 6pm and the time know is 5:33pm

TD Bank is a big rip off, the way they handle your money is absolutely absurd and then they impose overdraft fees on transactions that aren't apart of the original overdraft. You put your money in the bank, then you can't get it when you need it.with out getting penalized.

Ive visited this store on a number of occasions and the wait time has been awful. The Assistant Manager just sits at the desk while taking personal phone calls and has customers just waiting in the lobby area. There is always a wait during the mornings because there is one Customer Service Rep working. There are barely any tellers there every time I go there I see the same 2 people working a woman name "Laraina" and a guy name "Philip" both are very nice and greet me with pleasant smiles. As a older woman I wasn't use to modern technology the male teller was very patient in showing me how to use the new Mac Machine.

Very load and unprofessional with private information when speaking to Regina made me feel as if I was being attack verses welcome
Won't do business at that branch
