TD Bank

Nice tellers but, slow bank systems, poor phone app, the bank needs new leadership and technology as that are not ready to compete in the US market.

Good if you bank with TD.

I love TD banks customer service, they make my day so much better when i need to speak to an employee. Employees are very nice and move hastely to help me with whatever id like to get done in the bank.

I like to request TD bank to fix their ATM Machine at this location. I was about to lost 400$ in ATM machine after unsuccessful to select 400$ withdrawal I cancel transaction and went inside bank to withdraw from counter. One gentleman came to me and give me 400$ and told me as soon as I left ATM terminal it despense 400$ (Even though I cancel that transaction) I am so thankful to gentleman and very upset at TD bank.

I had the worst, most unprofessional experience in the history of customer service i ever had at this location.

A clerk by the name of Steffany on a Thursday night between the hours of 6:55pm and 7:15pm provided the horrible service.
A Very poor training was provided to this individual, this clerk refused to cash a check issued by TD bank just because the day on the check was dated for the day after, but I went to a check cashing place near and cashed with no problem.
In other words the clerk tried to force me to open an account with TD bank in order to cash the check.
And the way the conversation transpired between the clerk and I, her attitude in general was very and extremely unprofessional.
