Do no make that mistake! They will rip you off to the bone, will take you hours to talk to someone. The masters of sorry and overdraft. They will show avialable balances to confuse you and rip you account all the way., poor Online banking. If you want to have a bad day go ahead. I just have my worst banking experience on my life!

I had an account in Manhattan at the 14th. St. 5th. Ave. Branch. Some of the tellers are so nice. Management is awful. I closed my account... When you give someone your business you should be treated human.

I like this bank. Unless you have less than $100 in the bank, I don't encounter any fees. They have a place to sit while I wait for my mom to do banking for her clients. Minus 1 star for the wait time. But otherwise no problems. And the Penny Arcade is free if you have an account. Otherwise there is an 8% fee per dollar or something like that. So I don't know what that other person is talking about.

No wait, good custom service, I always feel comfortable going to TD Bank.

Tons of hidden fees and charges. You will pay an arm and a leg to keep a checking account here. Don't use this bank because the idiots on here say there is a free penny arcade.
