No line whatsoever. Fast friendly customer service. I was able to open a new account in 15 minutes. I cant say I liked the security guard, who seemed to want to make it known that he was around and watching everyone and that he had a gun, but his security company probably made him act like such a confrontational puppet.

i was greeted at the entrance by Clarissa. I told her I needed a customer rep as i had an unauthorized charge on my account from XM Radio. She said we only have 1 person right now and he is helping someone in the back. I said okay I will wait. 15 min later after I told her I am on my lunch break (mind you 3 customer service reps are in a "meeting") and really need to see someone. She finally takes me after waiting 20 min and the bank is completely empty besides me. I must have told her the same story 5 times on what happened with the charge. She kept on going with the excuses of my computer is freezing, please repeat. SERIOUSLY how many times do i need to repeat the same three sentences. DO NOT GO TO THIS BANK. The most incompetent and inconvenient bank ever!
