Staff move like turtles in this branch. Nothing is "urgent"...often understaffed and they have made mistakes ordering my check book. They ordered it with the same old address although I went in to show them proof of new address. I have had to WAIT for sometime just to get routine things done too long. Would go else where.

this bank location now has a new ATM and it works amazing well.
The staff here is very nice and curious, and knowledgeable of the programs the bank offers and can answer questions in great detail. I have been very impressed with the staff in this TD Banklocation.
Some times on a Friday afternoon there is a short line but I think the longest I have ever waited was 5 min.
I would recomend becoming a patron to this bank and branch to everyone.

The ATM is always inoperative! I have to go miles for another. Get it together!

- Poor #26779
on a late Friday afternoon when it's rush hour at the bank, there was a wait outside and inside, with only one teller actively helping a customer and three other staff slowly moving around the bank? it took almost 20 minutes before another teller was made available. hardly the most convenient bank! at least at this branch...
