THE BEST BANK EVER

Worst Bank ever. Do not open an account with them. they got me signed up for the first time since I received a coupon to my new residence and it was for $100 to be redeem after 40 work days. It has been more than 6 months already and they always have the same answer, "we will find out and reach you out" worst customer service from the bank officers, specially an asian guy who pretends to know everything and besides his bad attitude he is totally unprofessional.

I recently visited this location and had to speak to Elizabeth Santana, Assistant Store Manager, about general account information. The location seemed nice and clean, but this person's service will never make me go back there. I, being in the financial industry myself, found her being not friendly at all, at times even rude, intimidating, and most of the time didn't know what she's talking about. As a customer service provider at an "Assistant Manager" position you would expect her be friendly, smiling, kind, pleasant to talk to and do business with, and most of all - be knowledgeable of what services the bank offers. Strongly disappointed with Elizabeth Santana's service. I do not recommend you turn to her if you happen to be at this Lodi TD Bank location. Will not go back there.
