The service is aweful. Most of the time you are standing on line and they are busy joking around while people are waiting. Very unprofessional. If you want good service go to parkslope.

If I could rate this bank a negative 5 stars I would! By far this is the worst branch i ever been too! so today 11/29 i attempted to use the outside atm and like always it was not working! So of course I look for parking in the overcrowded parking lot and there was none so I drive and park a block away only to walk inside the branch and both of the ATMs inside were not working. This has to be 100th time this happened! I will not be returning to this bank and I hope you guys done waste your time either
