AWFUL! Took my quarters to the arcade to cash in. I counted them beforehand 5+ times to ensure that it was going to be accurate. My total should have been $360. The arcade read $305!
I alerted the teller who checked the machine for loose coins (there weren't any). I left my information so they could contact me. They have not. I contacted them and they said they were getting the machine checked and they would contact me. Still waiting (almost two weeks later).
$55 lesson learned. In the future, I will just take the time to wrap the coins and deposit them. How do I know that machine doesn't shortchange everyone and TD Bank profits as a result? Who, besides myself, counts their coins before going to the arcade? Never again.

The counter service is great..but the customer service department is horrible. The lady had 5 people waiting on line and instead of takin care of the customers she started handling personal phone calls..waited for 45 minutes.
