Nice looking branch - crap customer service if you get the bleach blonde lady with the Transylvanian accent, Madelena. She is rude and lied to me. It was supposed to be a simple check cashing, in and out in 5 minutes right? No! Not with this lady- she was looking for a reason NOT to cash the check - like I was stealing from her. She even called my own office to make sure it was me. Like my smiling face on my license was not enough. It took two more co-workers to point out that everything matches and to go ahead and cash it. Mentioned it at the office and two secretaries have had the same problem with this same lady. WTF! Avoid this branch and lady. Clearly a severe lack of professionalism.
