Worst time ever today I waited 35 minutes for the teller to deposit a check into my account in the drive thru....unacceptable customer service .would advise going to another location I just open my account and because of the service I'm getting already I'm thinking of going to chase or citibank...fast banking yea right more like false advertising. .and the teller didn't even give an explanation if this is what customer service is I'm not banking with td

Staffs are very nice but they should be a bit faster.

every time I come to this branch the wait on line or to see a clerk takes at least 20 mins. always a line of customers to the door & only 1-2 clerks available while the others sit in the back room.

Call the branch several times and phone just rings of the hook. Dropped off my paperwork on a Saturday and called the loan rep on Monday to follow up, left message for her because she was with a customer, never got a call back. Called back on following Wednesday and spoke to her. Big time waster, in processing when I was working on a project and got all my documents out to her on time!!
