TD Bank

When you see 6 people standing in a line and only 1 person taking customers, while the manager n the rest employees are laughing n just talking to each other makes you feel NOT happy at all. But on the other hand it's not Manhattan, so nobody even accepts them to work faster !!! Go ahead guys, good luck with your customer service !!!! Never go there again.

Absolutely the worst professionalism I ever saw. 3 people waiting before me, I was there no longer than 5 minutes, one person was called for service. After 10 minutes the other 2 individuals got up and walked out at which point, I realized they must have been waiting a while. 5 minutes later service rep. called me, sat me in the chair at his desk, and said "I'll be right back". I watched as he walked away to the back office where 2 women in the office were in conversation and he appeared to be catching up on office gossip. There was no one else on the floor to service the customers and 3 people in this one office sharing conversation. I gave him 10 minutes at which point I got up and walked out. I thought it was great that a bank was opened 7 days a week to service their customers but this is deplorable. BTW, after I left TD Bank, I went directly over to Citibank.

This branch deserves no stars poor poor customer service. Nasty people with bad attitudes. Please save yourself some time and go somewhere else. Long wait

VERY SLOW!!! WORST TD BANK! go some where else! No customer friendly at all! takes 45 mins just to reach a teller!

I hate this branch. You wait forever in here and on top of that the card machine,atm machine and penny arcade is never working like seriously wtf. They're the worst service ever and on top of that they gave me a fake $100 bill and then told me it's not their fault! Worst bank ever don't waste your time going to this one.
