There's one counter open and one available customer service. I waited almost an hour just to see a customer service.

I've been to three times, the same woman who is new.She is Very arrogant said to me "go to customer service"I can not help you.when I want to deposit, she said fill out paper.There were three customer.but four workers.The lady's attitude makes me feel she is arrogant customers.She did for me three times already.
