Very slow service, wasting our valuable time. I'm thinking I will be quit this bank. ATM machine doesn't work to make a check deposit.

Slow service and dangerously misinformed tellers. A simple cash withdrawal took half an hour because none of the tellers seem to know what they are doing and needs to constantly ask for supervisor. Felt that providing excellent customer service was not their priority. Extremely disappointed.

They used to close at 4 on Sundays and they just changed it to 3. I didn't realize this and arrived at 3:10 to drop off a bag of documents for paper shredding. All I needed to do was drop it off. I didn't need to do any banking. I explained this to the security guard and all he kept saying was that they close at 3 and I couldn't drop it off. This branch is constantly busy with long lines as it is the only TD in the area, so it is ridiculous that they would shorten their hours and rude that the guard would turn someone with a heavy bag of documents away.
