Great service IMO. I go in and ask for a box of dimes a week, sure i have to wait. However i totally understand it, and I dont mind waiting. They always get me my box, unlike some other branch.

This is literally the worst TD Bank in NYC. avoid like the plague. Zero customer service, you will always have to wait on extremely long lines. No one has a clue as to what is going on. No pens.

Always helpful and pleasant. When there are lines, a bank manager has always pitched in to cut the frustration. No waiting time for Euros (done twice). Great bank hours. So glad I moved my business account from Citibank.
