Computer system down so no help at all. Inconvenient as usual. Terrible blaring pop music plays nonstop in this branch :( avoid at all costs.

This is my home TD bank and I visit there often. Even after my husband came in freaking out about an issue (TD somehow put our deposit in someone elses account and froze our account without telling us and our $900 was missing) we were taken care of very well by a nice black lady who is ALWAYS there. She's got a bit of an attitude but she's very good at her job and never rude. We are always treated well. Even if not greeted by a smile and overly-enthusiastic people, we are always treated fast, politely and overall very well.

Our 21 year-old niece just took custody of her bank account. The transfer process was not only expedited, but custom tailored to her every need and possible anticipation. The bank representative is also a parent, so was able to provide firsthand guidance as to what options were of most importance and which were either dangerous or a waste of money. The entire experience saved us all time and future anguish. Excellent service.

I have to admit they are quicker than my own bank -this is the one I hate because my ex has an account there so she can get me to give her money every day of the week
