I've been a customer since commerce bank since at least 10 years ago and have been nothing but happy with TD, both here in New York and also in Florida. The service has always been good, sometimes there are lines, but that is everywhere. Noey and the rest of the tellers are courteous and helpful and the bank officers are always trying to make things easier for you. Glamaris Leon is an excellent manager. The only times I've seen friction is when a customer doesn't like the answers they are given. TD really is the friendliest bank. Keep up the good work.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I wish I could give it ZERO stars, from the moment I walked in I could tell they didn't want to help. They were VERY RUDE and couldn't even explain their policy properly, it took two customer service reps a whole hour to explain and they had no problem treating me with disrespect. I felt like I was being attacked so I called the customer service line and they helped me in 5 minutes!!! Once again HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Seriously, I started with Commerce Bank, and stayed all the way through all the changes, both good and bad. It saddens me to say I will be moving away next week and must say goodbye to this branch that I can call home. Great job on adding Noey to this team. I know her from the Kings Hwy Branch since the beginning and she always goes above and beyond for all of her customers. I hope my new TD treats me the same way, but I'm sure they will

I like the staff Ann Marie is really helpful and is one of the few still their since they opened.

This is the best bank. Company is great, all employees are friendly.
