Reviews to TD Bank
Over the last 30 years I've dealt with almost every bank in the area. I've always received quick and courteous service. Misplaced my ATM card, replaced it the same day.

TD has gone down the pooper! Nothing there is the same as when they were Commerce. Fees and rules have changed so much it's not even the same bank anymore. PNC is way better.. They have a coffee/tea bar while you wait. TD has lollipops..big whoop.. lol..

I've been with them for 5 years, deposited and saved thousands of dollars and, yet, they still decline my application for a credit card because I've never had one before. Whenever I go to deposit money, theres one teller counting thousands of single bills while a stripper hands them to him from a large box. The hours suck as well. It might be convenient if I was feeling like being frustrated.

The could quite possibly be the worst bank i have ever had to deal with in my life. I was supposed to get a CD acount that matured. Unfortunately the incompetent lady I spoke to the first never made contact of my behalf. My money was forfeited to the state of New Jersey. If you value your money dont put it into TD. They are crooks and there are many great banks in the aberdeen area you can swithc to.

Avoid this bank like the Plague!!
Each and every time I visit this branch, I am reminded why I hate it so much.. Unfortunately I had to use this bank due to the weekend hours since I often need change for my business.. Today I visited the branch. I made a deposit and also had 4 Wrapped and Labeled rolls of Quarters. $10 each roll at 4 rolls = $40.00 I visited the outside window. I made sure to go to the window as to not put coin inside the vacuum shoot. I was told at the window they cannot accept coins and to use the coin star. So Now I needed to park my vehicle and enter the branch. I then entered and walked up to the counter and asked why they won't accept wrapped quarters. He told me that it is their policy to not accept coins. Hmm I wonder why it's against policy to accept money at a bank? I thought that was illegal. He then smiles and says use the coin star, but unfortunately it's broken. But he thinks the one in Hazlet is working..Long story short. Each and every time I go here. It's something new. But I always get the same long faces, and attitudes. God forbid my mom shows up for change. They give her such a hard time and always make me call in to verify who she is.. Im not withdrawing money. Im simply getting some change for my business. Anyway. Please avoid This bank. Unless you love constant hassle and attitudes. Then dive right in!
