The tax pros Kenneth batts is a complete joke he misled me and lied about my education told me quote on quote he was going to hook me up he charged $450 and got me back 2500 the Irs said my documents were falsified for education they made me pay back the 2500 I called my phone and got no answer I showed up no one was there local businesses said they packed up and haven't seen them there obviously scamming people and lying I hope they all rot

Very bad experience. He screwed up my 2014 filing. First and last!!!! :(:(

Never rely on him. He doesn't know how to file even personal taxes. I went with K -1 and W2 forms but he filed as schedule C. I'm in deep trouble now to amend my 2014 taxes. When I identified the problem a week later, he doesn't even wants to talk to me. He hung up the phone and said "never come back to me "

Don't do it! ! Seems awesome at first until you get audited and find out they put false deductions on your taxes!! I was referred to them from someone I know and someone who got lucky and didn't get audited. I went to them 2 years in a row and my returns were great. Until about 6 months ago I got a letter from the IRS that I owed almost $3,000!! All because they put that I went to school which I didn't. And now about 6 months later I got another letter from the IRS and I owe another almost $3,000!! I've paid the IRS almost $6,000 within 6 months for the same stupid education credit they put on my taxes. Then my brother got hit with the same thing and now my bf just got hit!! I'm infuriated! ! They don't even go over your taxes with you before they submit it. And they just have you see the amount you'll be getting back and have you sign. I even asked them the 1st time we went if they had anyone get audited and they said no. I called them the 1st time i got audited and they never responded to me. Will never go back!! I hope they get caught and go out of business.

Been using Tax Pro's for over 10 years. They know what they're doing and I've always walked out with a smile.
