We came to Mr DiLullo without any reference, simply after reading these Google reviews. Now it's time to post our experience.
Mr DiLullo helped us to settle a small business tax audit, when we were looking at a huge amount in unpaid taxes and penalties. He helped us bring the amounts down significantly. Not only he knows the tax law very well, he also knows how to work with the auditors and appeal officers in order to get favorable results. We think his rates are very fair for the job done. I have had a long standing problem with the IRS that has prevented me from retireing and returning to teaching for many years. With Mr. Dilullos' help we have been able to retire, move and I am now teaching with the future in view. Thanks to his knowledge and advocacy, we were able to put a serious challenge behind us.

Mr. DiLullo came highly recommended to be by a very good friend and I have been so pleased with his services. I had some very complicated tax issues pertaining to a member of my family and he handled my situation with sensitivity and professionalism. the outcome was VERY fair and just. Mr. Dilullo gave me a peace of mind.with alot of bisnuess taxes problems. Mr. Dilullo was able to resolve all of my major problems in a very short time. After dealing with alot of lawyers in the past, He showed an extremly professional service. Best Lawyer I ever had. Thank you

Tom DiLullo was the only lawyer I spoke with (and i interviewed at least a half dozen NJ tax experts) that even understood that tax lien judgments that are wrongfully applied can be challenged in Superior Court. Not only did Tom succeed at obtaining the necessary judgment, but his thoughtful crafting of the motion order required the Court Clerk's office to do what was necessary to achieve the correct and just results, which they clearly would not have done if not pressed to so so. It goes without saying that I highly recommend him.
