The food is good, but the service is horrible, the girl at the register and the Brown man serving the food, their attitude is out of this world, I thought for a minute that these were workers brought in to work not because they want to work, but because they were forced to work. I told all my friends that if they want to be disrespected should go to that restaurant, with the fact that that your spending your hard earned money.

I honestly use to love this place for their bakery item for years, but I could no longer tolerate the unprofessional and tardy management. Believe me the cake quality use to be good but every time I place an order it was never ready on time always 2 hours late or even going as far as asking me can I pick it up the following day. LIKE SERIOUSLY!!!!. Get it together you own a business not a side job. Not to mention management acknowledging their short coming not a chance to make the customer happy. My son is now 7 and I've been ordering since he was 2 for every celebrate now you lose a loyal customers. ( I'm coming from when you guys were at Totally Delicious)

FOOD IS AMAZING, but EMPLOYEES ARE THE WORST! They are RUDE,SLOW and Lack POLITENESS. If you not happy there, JUST QUIT, dont take it out on the customers. Also have to wait up to 10 minutes sometimes to get food. Other than that, the OXTAILS are Amazing!

The food is good but the customer service is horrible. They need to take a class or something. People love to use oh I have an accent, I have one too its all about how you deal with the customers.

*5 minute wait*First time visit today during evening rush was definately worth the wait. I ordered bakery items which were very tasty. Crowded but I could tell that the gentleman packing the orders was putting a lot of effort into getting the customers served and out the door. He was pleasant and served guest in order of the implemented receipt # system which was impressive and not usual for a small bakery. I will be going back to try the lunch and dinner menu.
