Tast eatery

This is my go-to pit-stop on bike rides up to the GWB & beyond. Love the smoothies and have enjoyed every menu item I've tried so far, with the shroom burger and the blu burger fighting for my number one pick.

Staff has been cheerful and friendly and the place is always clean well-kept.

Highly recommend.

I've been coming here for years since the place opened. Over the last 12 months I've noticed a steady decline in quality of food, accuracy of orders, and customer service. The employees are rude, and the owner shows 0 appreciation of my loyalty.
My food frequently comes out cold, and the people working show no effort or pride in their work.
As I write this, I'm trying to down my cold sandwich that I ordered 30 minutes ago.

The staff is so rude it is horrible and the owner could care less about the customers. Today a guy named Jerry there yelled at me for no reason and said they refuse to serve me. When I asked why he was treating me this way, he yelled that the owner, the cooks and the staff can't stand me because I returned food once and I am BANNED form the restaurant. Then he proceeded to yell that he BANNED me before and I should find somewhere else to order from. He screamed at me that he witnessed me return food and that he does not want me there. First, I never returned food. Second, that is no reason for a customer to be abused. This shows how bad this place is, and what sort of abuse anyone will be subjected to if they decided they do not like you. I will say that whenever I go there this guy Jerry stares at me and does everything to make me feel uncomfortable. I recorded the the conversation so this nut Jerry and the rude owner can face this in court because no one deserves to be abused like this in a public setting. Like another review here says, this place is just bad service to customers and the staff is rude. I also agree with the other reviews here that the food is overpriced for the small portions. And be careful when you order because they will omit vegetables or other portions and not tell you that they omit it, but make you pay for what you're not getting. Go anywhere else but here. The abuse is not worth it.

I can't lie I wasn't satisfied with the amount of food or too impressed for the price. they try too hard to make the menu sound fancy.

THREE STARS mostly for their service and staff. As a business owner I know how hard it is to keep everyone satisfied. For 2 years now I've ordered the same thing and 5 out of 10 times they get the order wrong. Not only are the employees not sympathetic they are apathetic. I tell you that the only reason I go there is because it is the only place near by with good healthy choices. THere will be a day when a competitor will open a restaurant with better service. Good food and good service are a restaurants saving grace. If the owner doesn't get his employees act together and they continue to make stupid mistakes I will not go back and like me their are more. Take pride in your work, you are getting paid to do a job!!! DO YOUR JOB!!
