The staff is nice and for the price, it's not bad. They have a few props there in case you forget yours, and they allow smash cake sessions :)

I went to the Studio at the Hackensack, NJ location. I had the worst experience ever. When I called to make the appointment 3 weeks in advance, Jill told me that she wasnt sure if they would accommodate over 7 people at the studio and told me to call back because she had shut her system down and was leaving early that day. When I called back a few days later, Heather was surprised that Jill even said that and all the spots were gone for the required day. We got pushed into the last spot on Saturday. When we arrived for the appointment, Jill greeted us. She spent exactly 18 mins taking 9 people's group portraits. She took the worst pictures ever. She ignored all of our suggestions, did nothing to interact with the 3 children present and took pictures that were poorly lit, cropped at the shoulders and one each of every pose. That was it. When we got to viewing the pics - she took 25+ and we got only 13 because of a glitch with the camera. Out of the 13, we could only use about 4. We hated every single pic we saw. Some were downright ridiculous. Jill and the other lady agreed that they were ridiculous pics. We paid $9.99 per person for the sitting and this is what we got. We worked out a deal for the horrible experience with such a large group and walked out of there, never to return. Target Portrait Studio at Hackensack is the worst ever. Jill is the worst person behind a camera - she is not a photographer, she no sense of how pictures should be taken or how to manage and direct a sitting. She should never hold a camera. My husband is a photographer and I should know.
