I set up an eye exam for a specific time. Couple days after they called me to change my appointment because "the doctor won't be here". So I did. Target Optical called me again in less than 3 days after that to change appointment for the same reason.
Listen medical professionals.... I myself is a patient caring treating doctor. As same as your time is important and valuable, so does patients' time. Your office lost confidence with me as far as respecting eachother's valuable time.
