Target

it's a Target, you know what it is and what you're getting. Of the 4 or 5 Targets in the Bergen area, this has the best guest services staff we've experienced. They're polite an helpful.

Big story with a lot of options to buy. I'm rating this only as "It's Okay" because the prices are a bit higher than I'd like. This is a suburban community and people who can drive here can drive to Walmart where similar items are cheaper.

The place is very clean. By the way, this is a great place to take an infant walking during the cold winter days.

Regular shopper at this Target since I live within the neighborhood. Organized and extremely friendly staff who are very approachable. Prices are reasonable. The only downside is this location is within Bergen County, so they are closed on Sundays.

This review is for the electronics department. Went in to purchase a couple of games. Asked an associate for help when he's done with another customer since games are locked up. He decides to just walk around answer the phone and text when he was done. Ended up waiting for another associate who was ringing up someone. This associate gets my items and starts scanning them. I hand over a coupon and he looks at it, says he has to call someone else. The coupon is from the target site. They both look at it and another nearby comes over. Denies me the coupon without even checking and basically says it's fake. I asked them to just scan or enter the coupon in the register but said no. No way to verify it according to two of them... Wouldn't one way to verify a coupon works is to scan it? Told them I had used the coupon earlier at another Target and still wouldn't even try. I have no problem with the coupon not working but telling a customer it doesn't work without actually checking and sending them away is just bad service. Won't be back in there anytime soon.

this Target has the worst customer service in the world, and i hope no one has a horrible experience like i did.
i approached a Hispanic Target employee, who seemed to be the manager, to ask where the bathroom was and she just ignored me and kept playing on her phone.
i wasn't going to waste any time with someone so rude, and i continued my shopping. at checkout, my daughter went to the Starbucks to get a drink, the same exact worker decides to shove herself to the front, cutting my daughter off. i was extremely furious, so i went to the worker to inform her of how disrespectful she is to customers.
i came back a week later to get supplies for my dog, and i brought him along in his bag. the same lady is working there again, and she prevents me from entering, saying that dogs aren't allowed even in bags. i understood this and was about to leave until i saw another customer walking in while holding her dog. what happens? the worker doesn't say anything to her and kicks me out.
Target, teach your employees manners and respect. maybe then they'll learn how to treat customers better.
