Tamburino's Deli

It's decent food but highly over priced they bank on being the only good deli in the area. Customer service is ok. Always the same 3 people who could be nicer.

Great local deli. They put so much meat on their sandwiches. When they ask if I need anything else I tell them: "Yes some extra bread, and some other people!"

Well my family had order from the a number of times and we haven't had a problem yet. Everything is always fresh and taste great. I'm actually going to order from them for our Thanksgiving lunch for the staff. Keep it up! You guys are awesome.

I went here on Saturday, to pick up lunch. I ordered a small salad and an egg, ham, and cheese sandwich. I asked the woman if they had a balsamic vinaigrette. The counter woman gave me vinegar. I asked if she had a vinaigrette. She says it is 25 cents more. Mind you I had already put the change in my pocketbook, and we are talking about 2 tablespoons of vinaigrette. She give me, some kind of disgusting emulsion, which is definitely not vinaigrette. The person who is going to eat, is diabetic and cannot have any kind of pre-mixed dressing, which may contain sugar. When I told that is NOT what I asked for; the woman starts telling everyone in the deli: "everyone wants something for nothing." Is she kidding me? First, that is NOT very professional to belittle customers. Second, I did not know I had to give her an entire medical history of the people I am buying the food for. The owner was standing right behind her, answering the phone. He said nothing, nor did he stop his employee from discussing other customers. Bad customer service. I will NEVER go back there. But I guess, he has enough customers, because he acts as though he does NOT need my business. Plus the prices are super expensive. I spent over $13. I never received the "free juice", which the woman said came with the egg sandwich..
