A few months ago one of my employees took the Talk Power seminar with Natalie Rogers and the results were stark and immediate.

This person had great difficulty speaking in front of others, tripping over her words, unable to look others in the eye, often reducing her speech to a whisper. All of this made her job terribly challenging as she was frequently asked to present her thoughts and findings in front of me and her colleagues.
