Robin really knows his fish - decades of experience working as a fish distributor in both Manhattan and Queens shine through in his sushi. Definitely worth a visit!

Great. I was the only one here with my girlfriend, but the food was good and the owners were so welcoming, even cooking me something I wanted not on the menu. Not glamorous restaurant visually, but they save the glamour for your mouth

We have been coming here for the last 2 years. The food is phenomenal, and the service is warm and caring. Robin, the owner and sushi chef, is a master who deeply cares about quality. Takesushi far surpasses Nobu in my opinion.
