Great food, just the right portion, not greasy even when getting a grilled cheese or pot pie. Request a table when you first arrive, enjoy the market, and they'll be ready for you.

Food:
- chicken pot pie - nice crust with a chicken on top :), good filling - it had tender shredded pieces of chicken, carrot, peas, celery, and I think a bit of barley; a nice creamy sauce
- deviled eggs: You get 4 halves, each a different flavor
--bacon - very tasty and a nice crisp piece of bacon
--wasabi - supposedly not strong tasting (I hadn't tried it)
- The sarsaparilla soda was tasty

If you have the time, stop by The Green Table for their Macaroni and Cheese. The mixture of cheeses and spices are spot on. Finding a table is difficult, so don't be afraid to sit at the bar. The bartenders are quick with some great conversation...and your food. Getting a seat here is difficult, but it's worth the wait.

I love the food here and the concept. I'm not a huge eater, but I usually still end up coming away hungry when I eat here, because the portions are so small. They did some great Sunday suppers last spring, including excellent crawfish dinners, which I desperately wish they would bring back.
