I have used this company in the past & at first the service was reliable but the last three times I shipped with them, the most recent saga ongoing, I have problems.
I have had items stolen from my barrels, so many that I would not have believed it if I was not in Trinidad when they arrived, they stole everything from Bras to food, when I called to complain I was just given the run around.
On a separate occasion I shipped barrels & a set of doors, only to have the doors "misplaced" & I had to argue with them over paying the cost of hiring a van a second time to finally collect the doors although they were at fault.
In my current saga I am still awaiting the arrival of a box shipped a month & a half ago, the first story was it was there on the 12th, second story from POS office was "dont ask NYC any questions because they don't know anything".
I guess now it's a wait & see game at my expense, since they really don't care after collecting your $. NEVER ME AGAIN
